Cobalt and Chrome: Modern Styled Shoot at The Austin

This past May we got a little funky and created modern, sculptural florals for a cobalt and chrome inspired spring shoot at The Austin with Onyx Events Design. We focused on the innovative head table design and a petite bridal bouquet.

We went all blue for flowers with silver containers and candleholders. The styling was fun, fresh and asymmetrical, placing a larger arrangement off center and mixing in bud vases and frog pin pieces. A pile of dark blue grapes and raspberries added the final touch.

The bouquet was also all blue made of delphinium and cornflower with a long blue ribbon to add drama. We decided to use ladder as a ceremony backdrop and draped fabric over the top. The ribbon looked amazing with the model draped on the ladder.

The final look was all about the after party. We brought in pizza, drinks and snacks to create the ultimate “undone” table look.
